Shipping & Returns

Delivery/Shipping Policy

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it. The customer takes full responsibility that the given recipient information is complete and correct. During extreme weather conditions and on Holidays, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time and date. If we do not succeed in delivering your order on the requested day, the order will be delivered as soon as possible on the next day. Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply email us or call our shop directly.  It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender. We do not call ahead to ensure someone is home, as to not spoil surprises.​

Return & Exchange Policy

As the purchaser of items from Gifts N Flowers, the purchaser agrees that:

  • All sales are final.

  • Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

    • All issues are indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will happily replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during delivery/shipping. As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds, however if the issue cannot be resolved, coupons may be available

    • Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the order are not grounds for a return.
